.. for a way to have fun and get fit! Classes are multi-level with option to Drop-In or Sign-Up for a full session and get a free class.
Classes are taught in building block fashion, so the beginner can begin, and the experienced can advance. Classes include stretching, basic isolation movements, dance combos, and simple choreography. Hip scarves, Veils, and Finger Cymbals are provided if needed. Just wear something comfortable and bring your yoga mat for stretching and floor work.
